Bit.Trip Runner was a great side scroller with lots of twitch game play. There were countless times I wanted to smash a Wii mote through the screen but I refrained from such actions since I was at either Boots' or Yoshs' house when playing. The sequel Bit.Trip Fate looks like it'll be no different in that sense. This time around CommanderVideo wont be running at high speeds dodging, kicking, sliding under, or deflecting any obstacles in his path. He now travels along a single track that curves around the level while you navigate and blast your way through the maps. The game is incredibly different from Runner but the game play once again appears to be as aggravating and addicting as I found Runner to be. A great addition is the introduction of a Co-op mode so you and your friend can enjoy the frustration together. I'm looking forward to seeing more and dreading the headaches ill have playing this hopefully alone so I can finally smash something after my 80th death.

Where we would go, who we would have with us, weapons of choice, we've planned it all. However, that little article makes an all around valid point. The main one being that we are just too damn good at killing stuff. As human beings, we've been killing things since the dawn of time and we normally do it well. All the reasons on the list make a valid point, but I'm not buying into them just yet. Sure, while these rules would apply to your classicZombie, what about how the new renditions of zombies, orinfected people, behaves. Most are still very much alive and very much capable of chasing you down. So while they may have facts saying it wont happen, I'm going to keep my boom stick loaded and polished just in case.

Say Hello to the Phasma (Fas-ma). This little guy has been around for quite some time however this is the current finished product. The Phasma isn't exactly tiny. You'll get to see it in someone's hand in the video down below. Despite its clunky appearance it handles itself fairly well, simulating the movement of insects using an alternating tripod gait. This thing looks pretty scary and it reminded me of the little security robots from Minority Report when I saw it in motion.

At first glance you think to yourself oh great another rockband/guitar hero game. However there is one major thing that you will notice right away. Your guitar is actually a six string. Now when I say a six string I dont mean its made to look like a guitar it in fact IS a guitar. You can plug it into an amp, tune it and play it like any guitar you might already own. I had the pleasure to get a little hands on time with Power Gig which doesnt mean I used the features of the guitar I played basic mode which plays just like guitar hero I wish Staub could have made it down because he plays a guitar however he couldn't. The guitar has the colored frets on the neck if you look along the side of it. When playing basic mode you simply press down on the apropriate colored fret and you can strum any strin all string it doesnt matter. This is your traditional gameplay were all used to now. As you play on the higher settings they begin to incorporate the chords that go along to the actual song. It looks a little confusing but they have pretty good tutorials in the game to help you transition into it. I did get to watch one of the guys actually demonstrate the chord system and it really did look good. A few other notes about the guitar are the start and select buttons are your volume and gain knobs and the analog stick activates your mojo which is like star power in guitar hero. Did I mention the guitar can be used with any of yoru current rockband and guitar hero games and vice versa however if you use your guitar hero guitar to play Power Gig you can't use the chord features you can only play the basic mode.

The culprit is hacker Ron bowes, he created a crawler to creep around facebooks open access directory where they keep all the info we share with our friends. You know what that means? Not illegal at all what Bowes did. So you could very well be one of the lucky individuals with your info out in the open for the world to see. Facebook get on the ball and secure our personal info. Eventually you handing out our number to the random clingers at the bar will lead this friendship to a severe falling out.

If you're a fan of 2D fighting games, you have a reason to rejoice this summer. Aksysis porting over the second installment of BlazBlue found in arcades. It isn't a true sequel, but it has quite a few add-ons from the original. Three new characters are being introduced: -12, Tsubaki and Hazama. As well as the addition offour new stages, which we should expect to be a mix of 3D and 2D design and 7 new songs to complete the package.

I have always been a huge RPG fan. Unfortunately it seems most of todays RPG's dont really suit me because well I grew up on old school JRPG's and these days its all Western RPG's that we see on our shelves in mass. Well this Fall on PSN for the PSP there will be a little gem called Cladun: This is an RPG coming out. It's from our friends over at NIS who made such games as Disgaea, Phantom Brave, Atelier Iris and many more.

Thats right folks a new Megaman title is on its way. Capcom hasn't actually given us any details on this project yet other then saying:

We are thrilled to finally be able to announce Mega Man Universe. This game will break the mold and challenge the conventional wisdom of what a Mega Man game can be. When fans finally get to see it, I believe theyll envision their most far-out Mega Man dreams coming true.

Based on the teaser trailer viewable at Gamespotthis is not going to be your typical Megaman game. The teaser is done mostly in claymation and reality and does not show any actual gameplay. It seems as though Megaman will be capable of either taking abilities from other characters from Capcom games or he will actually take their form. It showed him briefly turning into Ryu from Street fighter and Arthur from ghouls and ghosts and fighting as them. It also showcased several arcade cabinets from older Capcom games such as 1942,1943, Street Fighter II, Final Fight, Darkstalkers, Bionic Commando,Magic Sword, and Ghouls and ghosts. Leading me to assume we might be playing through levels in each of these games. The title is coming too Xbox Live and PSN (Sorry Wii owners). No official date has been announced as of yet.

What ever approachKenji Inafune is taking with this game just know it will be unlike any Megaman title we have ever played. This is all Capcom has disclosed for now to the public. More details are expected at the San Diego Comic-con and lots of Swag will be getting handed out to include these pretty awesome foam mega busters:

Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood is a story of two brothers Edward and Alphonse Elric trying to get their bodies back to the way they were before a horrible accident while attempting to perform human transmutation with Alchemy. They slowly begin to get sucked in to a much more elaborate and exciting story which I will not begin to go into detail about because I want you to find out on your own.
